- Situations beyond our control, such as misuse or invalidation by third-party platforms.
3. Request Procedure
To request a refund, email us at hello@starbarcode.com with your order details, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation (e.g., retailer rejection statements). We aim to respond within 7 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method. Please allow 5- 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider..Once refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 days.
